30 for 30 Challenge Day 4 & 5 Results: I Feel Good
James Brown & Friends, I Feel Good, 1960's
Just finished 15 minutes of Q Gong followed by 45 minutes of snowboading machine while I watched an episode of Intervention via A&E on Demand. Now we celebrate 0 out of 5 hatchets with a little ditty by James Brown! So nice! Just like sugar and spice.
Now I'm about to see my fake boyfriend Warren Haynes serenade me with sugar and spice tonight backed up by a little band who calls themselves The Grateful Dead in a little place called Madison Square Garden. And what, I ask, is not to love about that?

LeBron Scores 52 Points in 107-102 Win v. Knicks
One's nose doesn't bleed in an MSG luxury box unless you're footing the bill. Recession '09 means never turning down free tickets to anything.
So we had LeBron James' basket domination to enjoy (pictured above on the free throw line) in addition to a generally great basketball game, because the Knicks actually held their own in this one. Go Knicks!52 points, James? 52 points. 52 points! In my entire basketball career--and I'm including Junior High-- I don't think I scored 52 points. Riding the bench because the coach thinks you have an attitude problem does affect your numbers some.

Tonight: LeBron James v. The New York Knicks

Can he do it?
Probably.
I'll be in the MSG Skybox for the game tonight enjoying some chicken wing cupcakes. See you there*!
*This is a lie, I will not see you there, but you can watch this game on your very own television set.

The White Stripes with Porter Wagoner
At Madison Square Garden tomorrow night, kids. I'll be there. You know how it is, people like to invite me to stuff. Anyway, I'm generally excited about the White Stripes, but wicked super exicted to see Porter Wagoner.
For you young folks, here's a clip from the late 60's of Porter with Dolly singing "Move it on Home" on his show The Wagon House.
Oh, and here are the White Stripes for you old folks:
