Anne's in Love: With Baltimore: Part III

Mr. Edgar Allan Poe is buried in the Westminster graveyard in what was once on the very outskirts of town. The church (one of several in the city which have closed) is now an arts center.

Family plot includes: Maria Poe Clemm 1790-1871 (Edgar Allan Poe's aunt)

Edgar Allan Poe, 1802-1849

Two raven-haired beauties and one out-of-his-misery E. A. Poe.

Visit the gravesite of the genius named Poe sometime yourselves, and put a penny on his tomb or whatever else the suspicious do. (I didn't. From what I know of Poe, he'd be highly insulted and try to wiggle his way out of the ground to shake it off and shout a bitter remark your way.)

Next up? Part IIII: Camden Yards!
