Here's a photo of one of the last mansions in New York City as it tries to resist the inevitable, these particular barbarians at the gate being the apartment buildings going up all around it. It's hard to believe that back, back, way back in the day there were mansions like this all over the place with lawns like football fields, but it's true. For Mr. Richie Pants, anyway.
