- The Conair 1875 Hair Dryer
Well this thing certainly is a piece of crap. I had it only 4 months, yet mine is now stuffed into a trashbag which is hanging on my kitchen door. It blew up on me this morning with a show of red hot coils, a few sparks and the beginning of a flame. Apparently, the handle retracts, something I didn't know until I threw this picture up. Perhaps I should tuck it in for the landfill.

ok lady, i am loving your blog. my mom found it and tells me you're funnier then me. whatever. but leave my beloved hair dryer alone! i've had this little purple number for about 3 years now, and it fluffs my thin blonde hair up like a dandelion. ya know,the kind you can blow on and it flies all over.

ps as long as you have that conair, sleep with one eye open if you know what's good for you.
I have the vidal sasoon version and already within three weeks of owning it the automatic retracting cord doesn't fully retract. Peice of shit. And I already threw away the Wally World receipt too. Boo.
No wonder it's broken if it sucks, it's supposed to blow.

Holy Fuck Anne! Mine did the same thing just last week, it crackled, spazzed out and then caught fire. Centimeters from my hair. Fack.
