I keep looking for pregnant women to give my seat to on PATCO but it hasn't happened, yet. I'm waiting for a man to ignore said woman so I can come to her rescue.
I'm glad people are nice to you but I would assume, with all the people that ride the subway, there would be more seat opening up.
I remember after my first child was born. I couldn't believe how hard it was to just get into a store... my purse, a diaper bag, oh, and a BABY in a carrier. I swore to myself I would NEVER let anyone with a baby go without my assistance - ever. Having a child makes you see the world from a completely different set of eyes.
