Western New York Snow is Serious Business

They shut down the entire city when it flurries in places like Atlanta or Raleigh. Even in Manhattan, a foot or two is cause enough for the Mayor to sound the alarm for hundreds of salty snowplows to scrape up the concrete until dawn. But in Central and Western New York? If you don't like snow? Kill yourself. Check it.

London (yeah, the big city across the pond) recently shut down over seven centimeters of the white stuff. Sissies. No wonder the British Empire crumbled.
