Houseplant Picture Studio Does It Again

That Kurt Benbenek! Always finding interesting stuff to share. Here's a series of photos from an album I'm absolutely in love with. It appears to be of an engagement party/rehearsal dinner and a wedding, and clearly it was a good damn time.

Those pictures are FAN-F'N-TASTIC.

I can feel the polyester. I can hear "keys" on the keys in the backyard. I love the on the stairs Brady Bunch pose.

Found in England but I'd bet by that quality wood paneling that this happened somewhere in the U.S.

Oh, and the suitcase full of "presents"??

I wonder if any are still alive.

Since these pictures appear to have been taken in the 1970s (see the guitar players? hippies!), if the old woman in the black-and-white checked dress is still living, surely her name appears in the Guiness Book Of World Records.

I must say that guitar player on the left was cute!

check out the photo of the couple slow dancing, and the lady giving a show in the background

Is the bride pregnant?

Anne,

thanks for the mention...usually I have to roam far and wide to find good old water-stained photo albums...BUT these albums were about 50 feet from my front door (in an alley)

If you scroll down there are actual wedding photos taken of the same people...lots of wood paneling and guys wearing flares

have a great 4th of July

Kurt

Guitarist on the left: looks like a jerk, if you ask me (and you didn't, so...)

Saxophone player: nice arms. Nice.
