When I was a kid, there was a song we used to sing called Gum, Gum, Gum. Basically an Early American example of your starter
Your Mother Joke. Or a Yawhh Muthahh Joke, if you will. Imagine it with the proper Boston accent for maximum effect; it's really quite beautiful.
Gum, gum, gum!
Stick it up yah bum, bum, bum
Give it to yah mum, mum, mum
She'll say, Yum, yum, yum!
