This farm bell belonged to my grandmother's family and originally lived on a farm somewhere in or near Johnsonburg, Pennsylvania. Elk County's Johnsonburg lies atop a hill, infamous for its paper mills, once a staple of its economy and the reason for the town's peculiar smell and thick black dust which would blanket any laundry hanging out to dry.

Im thinking that it seems wrong that a cat takes better pictures than me?
there could be some truth to that. doodle does have an amazing eye for color and composition.
