Life is annoying. Mom always said it sucked but she never mentioned annoying. Guess it falls under the Life Sucks umbrella, or genus, if you will.

I'd decided against the time-warner triple play, mainly because my apartment has free (no-frills) cable ... but it sounded like such a good deal. Hope they're fixing the problems!
