My friend (who's eBay deficient) allowed me to bid for him on some old hippie newspapers from the 1960s...
We ended up scoring 35 papers for a good price and when they got to my house I just had to leaf through every page and I think I snapped abut 200 photos...click click click
Other than getting all the moisture sucked out of my fingertips, I had a great time...I always forget that design principles in 60s hippie culture was practically non-existent...those kids didn't give a dang!
Therefore, these hippie-rags have plenty of cool swirly things in them and weird cartoons and of course the SEX ADS on the back pages are something to behold. I guess sex goes back a long time...
And "swingin'" seemed to be the word of choice, and the internet was but a future nightmare...
