I have a friend (JIM) who I've known for years...about a year ago out of the blue he said to me:"I'm in GIMME SHELTER...I'm in the opening sequence of the film..."And I believe him because he took photos of Jim Morrison and was a radical hippie in the 60s and so sure, my friend JIM is in GIMME SHELTERI always wonder where a lot of these late-60s hippie burn-outs ended up...struggling with mortgages and lost bank funds and investments, probably...

I love that song and that particular version, but too bad that show was so tragic. Bad idea to hire thugs like the Hells Angels for security!
