I posted about beets this morning, and tonight I read that Barack Obama doesn't like beets. If you never thought of me as particularly special, I'm sure my beet clairvoyance has surprised and impressed you. I know; you're welcome.
Beets are awesome, you must have eaten the crappy jarred or canned beets if you don't like them.
Get some beets, coat them with some olive oil, salt and pepper, wrap them in foil and roast them in the oven for 1 and a half hours. Let them cool and peel off the skin with a paper towel. Eat them like a baked potato.
