Also, I've decided that the only movies with nuns in them that I can tolerate are the The Blues Brothers and The Sound of Music. All other nun movies can take a hike. I recently suffered through The Bells of Saint Mary on TCM. What a shitshow. I remember my grandmother telling me in the 1990's that it was the last movie ever she saw. I can see why.

You should have watched Going My Way. This is far superior to The Bells of Saint Mary, which was a sequel. Sequels almost never live up to the original (rarer still are sequels that are better than the original).

Batman Begins (better)

Die Hard 2 & 3
Beneath the Planet of the Apes (cheesy, but awesome!)

about nun movies, i saw this Irish nun movie about young delinquent women who get sent to work in a "laundry" these are women who sinned and their parents sent them here to be rid of them. it was REALLY sad...GOOD, but sad. i wll find the name and get back to you. oh, and what about sister act? gotta love whoops! harry potter movies all rock.

Admittedly, 'Nuns on the Run' left me a little cold but where does this disdain for 'Sister Act' come from?
And what of 'The Flying Nun'?
