I seem to enjoy exactly the same pies but in reverse order of preference-cherry, blueberry, etc. I would also add peach in there, especially peach cobbler.
I would much rather have a birthday pie than a birthday cake but I haven't been able to convince anyone to make this essential change.
Definitely a fruit pie gal here too. My list is similar, only I'd up the strawberry-rhubarb to the No. 1 position, bump the lemon-m off, and replace it with raspberry.

In case of emergency, there's always pecan pie.
Toll House pie.
Chocolate pecan pie. Just looking at it adds 3 inches to your bumpadunk but, damn, it's good.
pecan is totally underrated, yes. and i love raspberry to.
