But I really think the crush is more on Michael Hogan and not Josh Taylor, because years later I'd catch Josh Taylor on Days of Our Lives when his hair started to recede and the cracks in his face began to show and I got grossed out. Josh Taylor has not aged as well as Michael Hogan.

I Feel To Compelled To Reveal My Crush
Alright, alright. I admit it. I had a crush on Josh Taylor aka "Michael Hogan", the Dad on The Hogan Family. I've never really told anyone about this.

I totally crushed on dad Hogan too! There was a certain swagger to him that made him yummy on top of everything you mentioned.
Jason Bateman became attractive when he showed his funniness on Arrested Development (oh god... I shouldn't have mentioned that show.... now I'm crying again because it's gone...)
I must admit something. I am the dad from the Hogan Family. I didn't want to tell anyone.
Dad Hogan was a deadbeat. He was always off having coke-orgies with stewardesses while the lives of his motherless children became almost too boring to watch. He'd show up every third or fourth episode to eat a quick diner and ignore his kids.
Could you transfer your crush to the Family Ties dad? The sensitive nurturer? I would rest a lot easier.
The show was called "Valerie" until Valerie Bertinelli left. Remember the show she left? Killed in a car accident. Fuckin' hysterical!!! Best sitcom moment ever. Then Peter Pan showed up to take care of The Hogan Family.
But we all know it was Mrs. Poole who was the bitchin' one. Bitches.

i've seen josh taylor on days and it is TERRIBLE. his voice makes me want to kill myself. i don't know how he ever was let onto a tv screen.
