Gov't Mule at McCarren Park Pool in Brooklyn on September 9 was quite a show! And I knew it would be. Sure, the Corey Hart show was good, but that's another story. Back to the Mule: Wolfmother opened, and the band that opened for them was unmentionable in my opinion. Plus, I don't remember their name. But regardless, an outdoor show at 4 p.m.??--what's not to love?
Just ask this guy:
He was shakin' it like he "just don't care" from 4:30 onwards. Even during the crappy opening opening band. I was seconds from asking him to share his happiness with me.

warren Haynes's wife is a troll. Her name is Stef Scamardo, and she is a DJ on Sirius, on the Jam band station (channel 17, Jam_On). She is totally biased, and plays way too much Mule, Haynes, Phil with Haynes, etc.
