Watchin' the Birds Go By

Doodle, 10/11/06
Look very closely and you will see
Two pigeons perched not in a pear tree
But a on fine-looking red chimney
Just for me
On a fine looking red chimney
Just for me.

Doodle wants to eat those darn birds.

I don't know, it's kind of hard to see with the screen but I'll take your word for it. is this how desperate Doodle is becoming? is there food left in the house? not even any furry apples or fruit?

just for the record, I'm always in awe of people who can rhyme, I can't do it. Good job!

Doodles looks out with a wistful sigh
And wonders, " Why can't I also fly,
Down the Hudson and across the sea
To meet other cats just like me?"

But there she stays looking through the screen
With her ears alert and her eyes deep green
" I guess,after all, I would take a pass
But I would like to bite them both on the ass".

The end.
