Last evening I saw a man in the lobby of my apartment building waiting for the elevator wearing these Gucci loafers. What is it about me that when confronted with this very sight made me want me to punch him repeatedly in the face? Or at least stomp all over his feet? Either I'm ill, or I have a point. Perhaps both are plausible.

I would have punched him, HARD!
you wanted to punch him because he knows that in wearing those shoes, he is saying "i know these are ugly but you know they mean i have money and if you don't like them, that means you DON'T. HAHAHAHAHA."
but the thing is, a guy who wears those shoes generally really doesn't have the money. there's no justification for the price tag on shoes that trendy.
i hate him because he is a tool.

I'm surprised that no-one has mentioned that they look like some slippers youu can buy at K-Mart for about $10.
And he paid how much for them.
I say punch him next time you see him...then run really fast. He cant chase you cuz he might scuff those hideous expensive loafers!
I say steal the shoes and fill in the squares with Xs and Os.
I dunno. I feel a little sorry for him. Anyone whose feet point in those funky directions needs a little compassion.
