well, i think cheney is still hovering around 15-17%. let's hope bush shoots someone. then maybe that will put in in the same class as 1. a prez who rivals iran for nuke loving and 2. a prez who has the CIA, FBI, and entire administration doing some serious dirty work under his orders (oh wait--bush does that! come on, people! 6% of you have to drop the bastard).
let's talk about laura bush: her approval ratings are 80+%. she doesn't do anything but neither does her husband so why the discrepancy?
